Full Body Conditioning (FBC) is a multi-level low impact full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups as well as strengthening the postural muscles. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass by using TRX , Dumbbells, F.I.T stick and more. You’ll combine Strength training with Stretch N Mobility (SNM) sequencing to improve overall conditioning.

Challenge yourself with strength training focusing on form and alignments. This class will increase your metabolism, builds better body composition, and improve your muscle health. Maximizing your wellness and longevity by becoming stronger.

Stretch & Mobility

Get to know your body better. Our SNM class is ideal for anyone looking to improve their posture, proper body alignment, flexibility, better movement and reduce risk of injury. We teach your body how to take the stress out of your joints and put it where it belongs; your muscles.

Basic Strength & Stretch

BEGINNER FRIENDLY (45 MINUTES)

This class is a perfect combo between low impact strength, balance, mobility training and stretching. This class will help you increase muscle strength, maintain bone density and improve your posture. This is a great way to correct any imbalances and reduce risk of injury.

Gentle Yoga

BEGINNER FRIENDLY (60 MINUTES)

A slow-paced class that focuses on postures to awaken and relax your body and mind. Soothing music, rejuvenating postures and deep relaxation. Wonderful for students who want to increase their mobility and balance. A great class for beginners and anyone seeking a rejuvenating and restorative yoga experience. Stretch, relax, and release your day.
