At Remix Wellness, our mission is to empower you through building strength, not breaking you down. Our classes offer a unique blend of techniques aimed at both preventing and treating pain and injuries. Through a combination of body-weight exercises, TRX suspension training, and other fitness modalities, our approach is both low-impact and highly effective. By focusing on improving posture, mobility, and balance while addressing any imbalances you may have, we help you develop strength in a sustainable way. Our goal is to teach your body to redistribute stress away from your joints caused by poor posture or alignment and channel it into your muscles, where it can be properly managed.

Preparing for your class.

  1. All you need to bring to class is a yoga mat, a towel, a water bottle, and an open mind.

  2. Wear some comfortable loose fitting clothing that you can move easily in. The same clothes you might wear for workout at a gym will work perfectly.

  3. No shoes for any activities inside the studio. Your other personal belongings, including shoes and socks, cell phones*, jewelry, and bags, may be left in cubbies in the designated area.

  4. No late entry for safety reasons. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the class starts.
